I was a transfer student, but I applied as a freshman because I did dual-enrollment at an early college. I did well on my SAT, I scored an overall of 1690, my previous professors wrote 2 of the most amazing recommendations, and my personal essay was edited like 12 times before sending it, haha. I think I got in because they saw that I was already taking ONLY college courses since I was 16 and had an AA by the time most people graduate high school.I also worked and was involved in clubs. SO, take a few rigorous courses and join lots of clubs.

Shame on U of T! Misleading freshmen about housing. Having to live in a dirty motel your first year is absurd. What about safety? Howard Johnsons isnt even mentioned under housing when we looked it up. The amount of money each student must pay for a motel experience is grossly over priced. Wow, what a horrible thing for a university to take advantage of young people and rob them of their life experience and their money. Build a dorm, add on to a dorm or cap the amount of students you admit. SHAME ON YOU UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA ADMINISTRATORS/CRIMINALS YOU ARE ONLY IN IT TO MAKE MONEY!
